Lead facilitator
James brings more than 25 years of experience across business transformation, technology implementation, process improvement, and complex project delivery. He has also spent the past five years supporting founders and growth stage companies as an Entrepreneur in Residence with Foresight Canada.
His AI training and facilitation experience includes Spring Activator, Circles of AI, the AI Adoption Forum, and direct work with business teams.
The current AI Roadmaps program is also supported by a multidisciplinary advisor team with expertise across sales and customer acquisition, growth strategy, AI feasibility, technology implementation, operations, and AI execution.
