From AI Demo to Approved Pilot
We help internal AI champions turn promising use cases into credible, fundable pilot plans that earn stakeholder trust and deliver early wins.
You Don’t Have an AI Problem. You Have an Alignment Problem.
We help you cut through the noise and build the alignment needed to move from idea to execution.
Most internal AI initiatives stall before they start. Not because the tech is flawed, but because the business case is unclear, IT is wary, Legal is overloaded, and no one owns the process.

Leadership wants action, but teams aren’t aligned

Ops is under-resourced, IT’s skeptical, and Legal is overloaded

You have ideas, but no structure, no plan, and no safe place to start
Getting AI Done Means Navigating Real-World Resistance
You don’t need a new platform. You need a smart path through approvals, politics, and risk.

Meet James Rowe
Guiding innovation leaders through the politics, process, and proof needed to get AI pilots approved.

James Rowe brings over 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar, mission-critical technology programs for Canadian, U.S., and international governments. Projects where failure wasn’t an option. These initiatives demanded rigor, structure, and an ability to move through long procurement cycles, complex governance, and high-stakes delivery environments.
But James also knows how to move fast when it counts. As a startup founder and Executive-in-Residence in Vancouver’s tech ecosystem, he’s worked alongside early-stage teams and innovation leaders to help them pilot new technologies inside large organizations, without triggering unnecessary risk or internal resistance.
He specializes in helping corporate AI champions find that balance: when to move quickly and iterate, and when to slow down and navigate compliance, legal, and IT concerns with care. His pilot plans are built to move, but structured to survive scrutiny.
“You don’t earn trust with speed alone. You earn it by knowing when to slow down, flag risks, and bring the right people in. I help teams navigate both.”
— James Rowe
